Une tenue de plage tout à fait belge : noir, jaune, rouge, et souriante haha! Nationaliste moi? Un peu, grâce à Trotro et aux japonais si fiers de leur pays!
Je ne suis néanmoins pas persuadée que ces couleurs m'aillent 8D

Hop! Holidays update =)
A full Belgian beach outfit : black, yellow, red, and smiling haha! Nationalist? A little, thanks to Trotro and Japanese people so proud of their country!
I'm not nevertheless persuaded that these colours suits me 8D

Le soir nous avions testé un restaurant à Port Cogolin, un charmant petit port bordé de restaurants et bars agréables.

In the evening we had tested a restaurant with Port Cogolin, a charming small port lined with restaurants and pleasant bars.
Le jour de l'anniversaire de mon papa, nous avons passé une journée piscine à la maison tous ensemble, avant que mon papa ne nous emmène à la Villa Belrose, un nom très réputé à St Tropez =)

Ma famille avait déjà testé cet hotel restaurant prestigieux, mais c'était première fois pour moi!
J'ai trouvé l'endroit magnifique et l’accueil parfait!

My family had already tested this prestigious restoring hotel, but it was the first time for me!
I found the place amazing and the welcoming perfect!

Le moment de l'apéritif fut super sympa, en fait toute la soirée! Nous n'avons pas arrêté de rigoler... et donc de nous faire remarquer par tous les clients bobos et les serveurs 8D
Je suis contente que la soirée se soit si bien passé, mon papa avait 50 ans et ce n'est pas rien!!

The moment of the aperitif was very nice, in fact all evening long! We didn't stop laughing and thus pointing out to us by all the rich customers and the waiters 8D
I am satisfied that the evening past so well, my dad was 50 years old and it's notnothing!!

Petits zakouski servis avec nos verres. Je n'aime pas les huîtres, c'était d'autant plus sympa pour les autres haha!
Lorsque j'ai vu la longueur du menu 9 services, j'ai compris que finalement c'était une bonne chose de ne pas trop manger avant de passer aux choses sérieuses 8)

Après avoir pris l'apéro sur le balcon, nous sommes passés à table et avons dîné face à la baie.

Having taken our drinks on the balcony, we went to the table and dined in front of the bay.
Nous avons eu un choix varié de petits pains avant que notre fraîche mise en bouche ne soit servie.
Nous avions aussi deux pots de beurre à table, un beurre au citron et un beurre aux olives, les deux étaient délicieux!
Rigatonis d'araignée, avec crème de navet et morceaux de grenade :

We had a varied choice of bread rolls before our fresh appetize is served.
We also had two jars of butter at table, a lemon butter and a olives butter, both were delicious!

Notre première entrée ensuite, tout aussi particulière et savoureuse!
Médaillons de langoustine rose sur une brunoise de fenouil aux agrumes, amandes fraîches et pousses de roquette.

Our first starter next, so particular and delicious!
Medallions of pink scampi on a brunoise of fennel in citrus fruits, fresh almonds and shoots of rocket.
La seconde entrée, que j'ai préférée dans tout le repas *o*
C'était tout simplement merveilleux haha, j'exagère à peine! Une association originale et délicieuse!
Foie gras de canard confit à la provençale, et couteaux à l'ail sautés encore à la provençale :

It was simply magnificent haha, I exaggerate hardly! An original and delicious association!

Alors que mon estomac (pourtant spacieux haha) me prévenait déjà qu'il était full, d'autres plats suivirent! D'abord la troisième entrée, et ensuite le plat principal.
Après les petits filets de chapon de méditerranée, seiches, figues rôties au beurre d'algues, pommes de terre écrasées et anchois, nous pouvions choisir entre deux plats.
J'ai pris du râble de lapin, mais ma photo était floue! Par contre, d'autres ont choisi un filet de bœuf charolais du bourbonnais rôti au sautoir, entre les légumes du jardin et une panisse aux pignons :

While my stomach (nevertheless spacious haha) already prevented me that it was full, the other dishes followed! At first the third starter, and then the main dish.
After the small nets of capon of méditerranée, cuttlefishes, figs roasted in the butter of algae, crushed potatoes and anchovy, we could choose between two main dishes.
I took back of rabbit, but my pic was blurry! On the other hand, the others chose a net of Charolais beef of Bourbonnais roasted, between vegetables of the garden and cogs panisse :
Ensuite, après avoir été forcés par nos petits ventres de renoncer au fromage, nous avons dégusté un sorbet à la pêche de vigne et fraises des bois.
Avant le dessert, nous avons pu choisir cafés, thés ou tisanes préparées directement.

Then, after to have been forced by our little bellies to give up the cheese, we sampled a peach of vineyard and wild strawberries sherbet.
Before the dessert, we were able to choose coffees, teas or herb teas prepared directly.
La touche finale du repas! Un impressionnant dessert rhubarbe et framboises! Entre fruits, mousses et sorbet.

Repus, nous avons quitté les lieux toujours le sourire aux lèvres, après avoir plaisanté toute la soirée en observant des demoiselles jeunes et jolies, apprêtées de leur plus beaux atours, un poil vulgaires, tenter (avec succès) de séduire de vieux bonhommes riches 8D

Fed, we left places with still the smile on our lips, having joked all evening long by observing young and beautiful ladies, full of their beautiful attires, a bit vulgar, try (successfully) to seduce old rich men 8D
