Un rapide report sur mes journées à la Brussels Tattoo Convention =)

J'y allais deux jours, l'un pour me faire tatouer, et l'autre pour visiter les stands etc !

A fast report on my days to the Brussels Tattoo Convention =)

I went there two days, one to do my tattoo, and the other one to visit stands etc.!

J'avais rendez-vous au stand de mon tatoueur Steve NG dès l'ouverture le vendredi, vers 14h.

En fait, je l'avais contacté environ un mois avant la convention pour lui demander si un de ses flashes que j'adorais était toujours dispo. Et il l'était! Après avoir parlé du prix et de la taille, nous avons convenu d'un rendez vous pour que je puisse me le faire encrer :3

I had to meet in the stand of my tattooer Steve NG at the opening on Friday, at about 2 pm.

In fact, I had contacted him approximately one month before the convention to ask him if one of his flashes which I adored was still available. And it was! Having spoken about the price and about the size, we agreed on a meeting day so that I can have it inked :3

Nous décidons de l'emplacement du tattoo. Les deux garçons préfèrent le dessin de travers mais... pas moi haha! Je le préfère droit, et comme c'est mon bras, c'est moi qui ai le dernier mot =P

We decide on the location of the tattoo. Both boys prefer the drawing not straight ahead but... I don't haha! I prefer it straight, and as it's my arm, I have the last word =P

Dernière inspection pour être certaine que je veux ce dessin sur mon bras toute ma vie... et c'est parti =D

Le travail aura duré un poil plus de 3h... il faisait si froid dans la salle non chauffée, qu'après quelques dizaines de minutes à rester assise sans bouger, et crispée à cause de la douleur (oui bon ça va, c'est pas infernal non plus, mais ça picotait tout de même à certains endroits), je tremblais totalement ><

The work will have lasted a hair more than 3 hours... it was so cold in the not warmed room, that after dozens of minutes to remain seated without moving, and wrinkled because of the pain (yes well OK, it's not infernal either, but that prickled anyway in certain places), I was totally shaking ><

Je lui ai laissé le champ libre pour la majorité des couleurs. Car j'ai confiance en son travail et j'aime touuuus ses tattoos. Tous =)

I left him open field for the majority of colors. Because I trust his work and I like aaaaall his tattoos. All =)

Après 3h de boulot, mon bras a doublé de volume et tremblote de façon pas sexy hahaha =D Mais il est là! <3

Je vous épargne les photos du lendemain où il avait triplé de volume cette fois haha =P

After 3 hours of work, my arm doubled in volume and shakes in a not sexy way hahaha =D But it's here! <3

Lors de notre tour, nous avons tous (Antoine, Thomas, mon colloc Jérémie et moi) flashé sur le stand superbe d'un taxidermiste!

During our tour, we have all (Antoine, Thomas, my colloc Jérémie and I) fallen in love for the magnificent stand of a taxidermist!

/!\ Attention! 

Je préviens toujours que les images ci dessous peuvent heurter la sensibilité de certaines personnes blablabla.

En gros, si vous aimez les animaux (je les aime aussi, mais bon) et n'aimez pas voir leur squelette, ou empaillés ou dans du formol... sautez un bon bout de cet article ^^'

Je préviens aussi toutes celles qui craignent les araignées et les gros insectes! Parce qu'il va y en avoir 8D

I always warn that the images below can strike the sensibility of certain people blah blah blah.

Roughly, if you like animals (I also like them, but well) and don't like seeing their skeleton, or stuffed or in the formalin jump at the end of this article ^^'

I also warn all those who are afraid of spiders and of big insects! Because you're going to see some here 8D 

Avec ça, une photo du freak show auquel nous avons pu assister! Cet homme faisait toutes sortes de choses folles comme... porter un énorme bidon en métal super lourd avec... ses oreilles!

With that, a photo of the freak show which we were able to attend! This man made all sorts of things crazy as... carry an enormous heavy metal can with his ears!

Après ces énoooooooooooormes araignées dégueu - que vous allez revoir par la suite <3 -, un papillon géant! Il était plus grand que ma main *o*

After these enoooooooormous yucky spiders - that you will see again afterward <3 -, a huge butterfly! It was taller than my hand *o*

Encore des araignées! Le monde doit savoir combien je les adore!

Non. Je blague. Bien sur. Je déteeeeeste ça haha!

Les deux choses les plus effrayantes à mon goût : une bestiole vraiment creepy (on dirait un mix entre un crabe et une araignée, glauque!) et cette araignée gigantesque, encore =D

The most terrible things to my taste : a really creepy creature (we would say a mix between a crab and a spider, glaucous!) and this gigantic spider, once more =D

Thomas s'est fait tatouer sur le bras, oui il reste encore de la place =P

Thomas was tattooed on the arm, yes there's still some free space on it =P

Un dessin qui lui correspond totalement! Une petite maison de bûcheron au beau milieu de la forêt, avec un feu pour accueillir ses amis dans ce joli décor :3

De splendides tatouages! Je sais que j'ai repris la carte de l'artiste mais... parmi toutes mes cartes je ne sais plus qui il est! Si vous avez des infos je suis preneuse ^^

Amazing tattoos! I know that I took back the card of the artist but among all my cards I don't know any more which one it is! If you have any information, I'm interested ^^

Yep, I had to participate to the conteste of the day to please my tattooer!

It's a big tattoo which won, as often (always?) :3

And Thomas was tattooed again ^_-

Je ne sais plus pourquoi, mais on (je) l'a baptisé Pinky 8D

Probablement parce que je chantais la chanson de Minus et Cortex tout le temps (It's Pinky and the Brain, it's Pinky and the Brain, one is a genius, the other's insane!) ce jour là!

I don't know any more why, but we (I) baptized it Pinky 8D

I'm completely in the voodoo mood for the moment! I even would like a photoshoot on this theme when I would have enough stuff to make a cool outfit!

J'ai acheté un septum doré et de joli bracelet à perles et grelots :3

De chouettes pancartes! Ça m'a donné envie d'en faire moi même :3
