Japan 2014 part 28 - Shinkagawa castle near Osaka. And shopping (thrift shops) in America Mura!

Après ma petite virée au parc Tsurumi Ryokuchi, j'ai fait une petite pause au soleil pour prendre un petit repas acheté au combini du coin.

Sorry for my delay, I feel so much laziness at the moment ^^"

After my little escape to the Tsurumi Ryokuchi park, I had a small break under the sun to take a small meal bought from the combini of the corner.

Coucou c'est moi, au beau milieu de nulle part =D

Hiiii it's me, right in the middle of nowhere =D

Ensuite, j'ai pris le train pendant longtemps, très longtemps!

Je ne sais même plus combien de temps exactement, mais au fur et à mesure que les passagers se faisaient plus rares, que les inscriptions sur les panneaux des gares n'étaient plus qu'en Japonais, que les petites stations où nous faisions des arrêts étaient entièrement vides, j'ai compris que nous quittions le vrai centre ville 8D

Then, I took the train for a long time, for a very long time!

I don't know anymore how long exactly, but as the passengers became rare, that the inscriptions on the signs of stations were only in Japanese, than the small stations where we made stops were completely empty, I understood that we leave the real city center 8D

Au bout d'un long moment totalement seule dans le train, me sentant tantôt comme Chihiro dans le Voyage de Chihiro tantôt paniquée à l'idée d'avoir pris le mauvais chemin et de me perdre au fin fond du Japon, le wagon fut rempli de mamans et de leurs enfants handicapés (mentaux).

Ils étaient très bruyants et couraient partout, mais j'ai été émue par les mamans si dévouées et adorables avec leurs petits bouts <3

At the end of long moment totally alone in the train, feeling sometimes just like Chihiro in Spirited Away and sometimes paniced at the idea of having taken the wrong way and to lose myself in the depths of Japan, the car was filled with moms and with their (mental) handicaped children.

They were very noisy and ran everywhere, but I was moved by the moms so devoted and adorable with their small ones <3

Après ça, je suis enfin arrivée à destination! Pfiou! =O

Je sors de la gare pour découvrir... presque rien. Je ne sais dans quel direction aller pour rejoindre le château que je veux visiter!

Je crois que son nom est Shinkagawa (dans les environs d'Osaka donc), mais je n'en suis pas certaine, et google ne m'aide pas trop là ^^"

Je vous rassure, au moment de ma visite, je connaissais son nom, mais je l'ai simplement oublié depuis ^^'

J'entreprend donc de faire appel aux services d'un taxi. Je m'avance vers le premier d'une courte file (ils étaient 2 haha) pour lui demander en anglais s'il peut m’emmener au château.

Au lieu de me répondre qu'il n'a pas compris ou pas envie, il garde le silence, remonte calmement la vitre de sa fenêtre et avance son taxi d'un mètre.

Juste assez pour que je comprenne seule que non, il ne m'y conduira pas 8D Charmant.

Heureusement, je prend mon meilleur accent japonais pour reformuler ma requête (en anglais toujours) auprès du second. Celui ci comprend, nous négocions gentiment le prix de la course, et j'embarque dans la voiture de monsieur le taximan sympathique!

After this, I finally arrived at destination! Phew! =O

I go out of the station to discover... almost nothing. I dn't know in what direction to go to join the castle which I want to visit!

I believe that its name is Shinkagawa (around of Osaka thus), but I'm not certain of it, and Google isn't very useful here ^^"

I reassure you, at the time of my visit, I knew its name, but I simply forgot it since ^^'

I thus begins to use the services of a taxi. I advance on the first one of a short line (they were 2 haha) to ask him in English if he can take me to the castle.

Instead of answering me that he did not understand or not desire to do so, he keeps silent, raises calmly the window of his car and moves forward his taxi of a meter.

Just enough so that I understand only that no, he'll not lead me there 8D Charming.

Fortunately, I take my best Japanese accent to repeat my request (in English still) with the second. That one understands, we negotiate friendly the price of the running, and I embark on the nice taximan car!

Je traverse un superbe jardin japonais avant d'arriver à l'entrée du château! Il faut traverser un petit pont pour y accéder, oui car le château est entouré de petites douves :3

I cross a magnificent Japanese garden before arriving at the entrance of the castle! It's necessary to cross a small bridge to reach it, yes because the castle is surrounded with small moats :3

Il n'y avait pas un chat lorsque j'ai fait le tour du château et l'ai longuement admiré de l'extérieur...

J'hésitais même à entrer, mais j'ai pris mon courage à deux main en pensant au long trajet que j'avais parcouru pour arriver là haha =P

La joie des visites seule où je suis soudainement super timide 8D

There wasn't a soul out there when I made the tour of the castle and admired it for a long time from the outside...

I even hesitated to enter, but I took my courage in two hand by thinking of the long route that I had traveled to arrive there haha =P

The enjoyment of lonely visits where I'm suddenly very shy 8D

Les deux petites dames à l'entrée ont été très surprises de me voir là et ont essayé tant bien que mal de me faire comprendre -tout en s'excusant- que les informations sur le château et les trésors exposés n'étaient écrites qu'en japonais...

J'ai payé mon ticket et suis partie en exploration dans les couloirs du château transformé en musée! J'étais coooomplètement seule. Et sans surveillance, bienvenue au Japon.

Two small ladies in the entrance were very surprised to see me there and tried with much difficulty to make me understand -while apologizing- that information on the castle and the exposed treasures was written only in Japanese...

I paid my ticket and left for exploration in the corridors of the castle transformed into museum! I was completely alone. And unattended, welcome in Japan.

Je ne pouvais le dire aux dames de l'entrée, mais je ne prête jamais grande attention aux musées, ce n'est juste pas trop mon truc. Trop morne, froid, pas amusant =P

Je voulais juste me balader et profiter d'une journée de libre pour voir quelque chose, c'est tombé sur ce château dont j'avais entendu parler sur internet, et voilà haha =)

La vue de tout en haut était tout de même sympa <3

I couldn't tell it to the ladies of the entrance, but I never pay big attention on museums, it's just not too much my thing. Too sad, cold, not funny =P

I just wanted to have a walk and to take advantage of a free day to see something, it fell on this castle about which I had heard on the Internet, and here I am haha =)

Je suis restée un moment là haut... à écouter et observer des enfants jouer sur un terrain de baseball... à m'emplir de la vue de tant de petits détails qui font que mon coeur est amoureux du Japon... depuis longtemps et pour longtemps encore.

I stayed a moment there at the top... to listen to and to observe children playing on a baseball field... to fill me with the view of so many small details which make that my heart is in love with Japan for a long time and for a long time also.

J'ai tout de même croisé un couple de visiteurs japonais lorsque je suis sortie du bâtiment. J'ai décidé de rejoindre la gare à pied, en longeant les douves d'abord, puis en traversant petites ruelles bordées de maisons de village typiques <3

I met anyaway a couple of Japanese visitors when I went out of the building. I decided to join the station on foot, by following moats at first, then by crossing small alleys lined with typical houses of village <3

Même si l'été reste ma saison préférée au Japon (malgré la chaleur, je sais, je suis une warrior haha), le printemps reste une période où la nature est juste superbe *o*

Even if the summer stays my favorite season in Japan (in spite of the heat, I know, I am a warrior haha), the spring remains a period when the nature is just amazing *o*

Une fois les grandes rues retrouvées, j’aperçois déjà la gare et m'y dirige sans tarder. Je ne sais pas combien de temps il me faudra pour repartir, et j'ai rendez vous avec les autres ^_-

Once main streets found again, I already perceive the station and go there immediately. I don't know how long I shall need to go back, and I have a meeting with the others ^_-

Bon, comme la plupart de mes lecteurs le savent "Koban" est l'enseigne d'un petit poste de police au Japon. Il y en a vraiment beaucoup dans tout le Japon, et presque 1000 rien qu'à Tokyo!

Well, as most of my readers know it "Koban" is the sign of a small police station in Japan. There are really a lot in all Japan, and almost 1000 only in Tokyo!

Je retrouve enfin les romaji sous les kanji dans la gare et attend sagement mon train en dégustant un délicieux onigiri au thon *o*

Ellipse de 3h xD Je suis à l'hôtel à temps! Juste quelques minutes pour me refaire une fraîcheur dans la chambre, et Sandra et moi partons passer la soirée à America Mura avec Sébastien, Stéphane et Sarah!

America Mura est un quartier génial dont j'ai déjà parlé sur mon blog à plusieurs reprises en le comparant à Harajuku! Il subit un peu plus l'influence des modes américaines, mais il reste LE quartier de modes alternatives et originales à Osaka <3

America Mura is a great district about which I have already spoken on my blog several time comparing it to Harajuku! It undergoes a little more the influence of the American fashions, but it stays THE district of alternative and original fashions in Osaka <3

On y trouve tout un tas de friperies beaucoup moins chères qu'à Tokyo, masses de boutiques mignonnes et... toutes nos marques lolita préférées!

Pour mon porte monnaie, c'est probablement mieux de faire mon shopping ici plutôt qu'à Harajuku haha =P

We find a whole lot of secondhand clothes shops much less expensive there than in Tokyo, masses of cute shops and all our favorite lolita brands!

For my purse, it's probably better to do my shopping here rather than in Harajuku haha =P

Je ne sais jamais quel rayon visiter en premier... entre celui bourré de couleurs et motifs flash des années 70 et 80, celui consacré au cult party regorgeant de dentelles et de voilages, celui aux couleurs pastel si attirantes prévu spécialement pour lolita et fairy kei girls, celui rempli de froufrous et motifs fleuris rappelant les jolies tenues LizLisa ou Axes Femme, celui d'inspiration fifties et rockabilly, ou punk, ou sportwear américain, ou tant d'autres influences encore!

Je suis si cliché si je dis que la mode est riche? 8D

I never know which shelf to visit first... between the one filled with colors and flashy patterns of the 70s and 80, the one dedicated to cult party abounding in laces and in lace curtains, the one in pretty pastel colors planned specially for lolita and fairy kei girls, the one filled with rustles and decorated with flowers patterns reminding the lovely LizLisa or Axes Femme dresses, the one of inspiration fifties and rockabilly, or punk, or American sportwear, or so many other influences again!

I am too cliché if I say fashion is rich? 8D
