Finland part 1 - Flying to Finland, sleeping in Hanko!

Mon premier post sur la Finlande! Oui oui, je n'ai ni terminé ceux du Japon, ni ceux du Sud de la France mais comment dire... on s'en fou? =D Je mélange tout! Blah!

C'est parée de mes plus cute items chauds que je me suis rendue à l'aéroport de Bruxelles avec Jérémie, Ludo et Thomas!

My first article about Finland! Yes yes, I either didn't end those about my trip to Japan, or those from the South of France but how to say... we don't care? =D I mix everything! Blah!

It's adorned of my most cute warm items that I went to Brussels airport with Jérémie, Ludo and Thomas!

Le trajet jusqu'en Finlande aura en fait été super long... 

Nous quittons la maison à 8h30, trois trains plus tard, il est 10h45 et nous arrivons à l'aéroport.

A 12h15 nous décollons d'abord vers l'Allemagne, avec notre escale à Munich, nous n'atterrissons finalement sur le sol Finlandais qu'à 18h50.

The route to Finland will have been very long in fact... 

We leave the house at 8:30 am, three trains later, it's 10:45 am and we arrive at the airport.

At 12:15 am we take off at first towards Germany, with our stopover in Munich, we finally land on the Finnish ground only at 6:50 pm.

(Ils offrent cafés, chocolat chaud et thés gratos à l'aéroport de Munich!!)

(They offer free coffees, hot chocolate and teas at the airport of Munich!!)

Ce qu'il y a de bien quand on kiffe le rose, c'est qu'on retrouve facilement nos affaires parmi celles des autres passagers :3

What is nice when you  like pink, is that you find easily your stuff among those of the other passengers :3

Le soleil est déjà couché lorsque nous sortons de l'aéroport et découvrons notre magnifique voiture couleur caca orange (l'orange est ma couleur détestée -cela dit j'aime les rousses :3-)!

Une Volvo qu'on pensait plutôt spacieuse, avant d'y mettre nos 4 bagages, nos sacs et sacs de couchage, et... et ben nous 8D

The sun already left when we went out of the airport and discovered our magnificent poo orange colored car (orange is my least loved color - it said I love the red-haired persons :3-)!

Volvo that we thought rather spacious, before putting it our 4 luggages, our bags and sleeping bags, and... well, er we 8D

Nous voulions passez la nuit à Hanko, la ville la plus au sud de Finlande, qui est un vrai petit paradis en été!

Pour cela nous roulons un peu plus d'1h30 en nous étonnant de tous les panneaux de publicité ou d'autoroute écrits en Finnois (et en Suédois souvent aussi).

Ils aiment beaucoup les "k" dans cette langue... et les "ii" ou "yy" à la suite, surprenant!

Ça a suffit à nous divertir tout le temps du trajet haha =D

Nous arrivons à 21h30 à l'appart que nous avions loué à Hanko! Ma première réaction face au vent violent et froid qui m'empêche de tirer ma valise pour suivre la gentille Finlandaise qui nous guidait : ce n'est pas une légende, fé pas cho en Finlande!

L'appart est très spacieux, et bien rangé façon appart témoin pour Ikéa =P True story, tout vient de chez Ikéa ici, loulz!

De petits biscuits en forme de cœur nous accueillent et nous les dégustons, heureux d'être là!

Un souper fromage, saucisson et nouilles (le tout assez cheap) plus tard, et je pars déjà me coucher en rêvant du lendemain :3

We wanted spend the night to Hanko, the most southerly city of Finland, which is a real small paradise in summer!

For it we drive a little more than 1h30 by amazing us at all the hoardings of advertising or at highway written in Finn (and in Swede often also).

They like very much "k" in this language and "ii" or "yy", surprising!

That has is enough to distract us all the time from the route haha =D

We arrive at 9:30 pm at the apartment which we had rented in Hanko! My first reaction in front of violent and cold wind which prevents me from pulling my suitcase to follow the kind Finn lady who guided us : it's not a legend, it's kinda cold in Finland!

The apartment is very spacious, and tidied up well way Ikea model apartment =P True story, everything comes from Ikea here, loulz!

Small heart-shaped biscuits welcome us and we taste them, happy to be there!

A cheese, sausage and noodles (quite cheap) meal later, and I already leave going to bed by dreaming about the next day :3

J'ai voulu aller à Hanko avec l'idée (stupide, pardon) que je pourrais tomber sur l'endroit où Suvi - ma nouvelle photographe préférée haha je ne peux pas dire bloggeuse vu que je comprend rien à ce qu'elle écrit - a pris ces photos magnifiques.

Malheureusement, après un petit tour en voiture dans les environs... nous avons réalisé que c'était très joli d'espérer mais qu'en pratique... ça puait =(

Il faut dire que nous n'avons malheureusement pas eu de soleil durant nos 6 jours de voyage, ce qui m'a désolé au plus haut point ='(

I wanted to go to Hanko with the idea (stupid, sorry) that I could fall on the place where Suvi - my new favorite photographer haha well I cannot say blogger seen that I understand nothing at what she writes - took these magnificent photos.

Unfortunately, after a small car ride around... we realized that it was very nice to hope but that in practice... it was very difficult =(

It's necessary to say that we unfortunately had no sun for our 6 days of journey, what saddened me excessively ='(

En allant jusqu'à la plage nous tombons sur un superbe bâtiment (hotel?) abandonné! Aucun moyen de rentrer malheureusement et je perd vite courage de toute façon, je suis déjà littéralement gelée haha.

By going to the beach we fall on a stunning abandoned place (hotel?)! Any way to neter unfortunately and I lose heart fast anyway, as I am already literally frozen haha.

Le village est sympa et je m'étonne de ces maisons typiques que je découvre!

Oui, on sent la fille qui ne s'est pas du tout renseignée avant de s'envoler x) Pardon.

Yes, you can feel the girl who didn't inquire at all before flying away x) Sorry.

Heureusement, même sans soleil, l'endroit est spécial et vaut le coup d'oeil!

Fortunately, even without sun, the place is special and is worth seeing!

Si je n'avais pas été aussi naïve et avait choisi autre chose que des bas collants et de gros gilets pour me protéger du froid - définitivement pas assez efficaces -, j'aurais pu rester des heures à observer le ressac des vagues à mes pieds.

If I hadn't been so naive and had chosen something else than tights and big vests to protect me from the cold - definitively not rather effective -, I would have been able to remain hours to observe the surf of waves in my feet.

Après cet arrêt à la plage, nous découvrons ce qui sera un arrêt obligatoire tous les jours : le K Supermarket! J'avais dis qu'ils aimaient les "k" haha!

J'y ai vu des tonnes de trucs qu'on ne voit pas chez nous, même si ma sélection de photos ne le montre pas encore :3

After this stop at the beach, we discover what will be a compulsory stop every day : K Supermarket! I had say that they liked "k" haha!

I saw tons of things there which we don't see in Belgium, even if my selection of photos doesn't show it really :3

Ils ont des cannettes Angry Birds! Celle ci était mignonne et parfumée à la fraise, je l'ai achetée pour la tester en Belgique, je vous en dirai des nouvelles!

They have Angry Birds bottles! That one was cute and strawberry perfumed, I bought it to test it in Belgium, I shall tell you what I thought!

La boisson de Thomas : la bière, mais s'il y a un ours dessus - ou une hache, ou un feu, ou un couteau, ou un truc qui fasse bûcheron/homme de la forêt - c'est la bière parfaite haha!

Thomas's drink : beer, but if there is a bear on it - or an ax, or a fire, or a knife, or a thing which makes you think about a lumberjack / man of the forest - it's the perfect beer haha!

Ils avaient des bières belges aussi, et des bières Iron Maiden x)

Ludo a acheté ces bonbons pour tester... mais ils n'étaient paaas à notre goût xD

Nous roulons vers le nord! Mais en chemin nous faisons un arrêt pour manger près d'un petit lac gelé ^^

We drive northward! But along the way we did a stop to eat near a small ice-cold lake ^^

Nous nous sommes installés sur ces rochers pour déguster des salades achetées au K Supermarket. Mais pas seulement! Nous avons goûté des "Kinkku juustokolmio" : sorte de pâte feuilletée fourrée au fromage, des "Pirkka Lihapasteija" : sorte de pâte feuilletée aussi mais fourrée avec du riz et une sorte de viande (on dirait du hachis). 

C'était assez bon je dois dire!

Et enfin quelque chose qu'on a très souvent vu dans les rayons et paniers de clients, et pas cher du tout (environ 30 cents, ce qui est vraiment peu pour la Finlande je trouve) : des "Riisipiirakka"... 

Un truc au riz, fade et insipide ^^'

On a pas compris haha =P

Dommage pour Jérémie qui en avait acheté 6 d'un coup!

We settled down on these rocks to savour salads bought from K Supermarket. But not only! We tasted "Kinkku juustokolmio" : kind of puff paste filled with the cheese, the "Pirkka Lihapasteija" : kind of puff paste also but filled with rice and a kind of meat (we would say some minced meat). 

It was rather good I have to say!

And finally something that we very often saw in shelves and customers' baskets, and cheap also (approximately 0,30 euros , what is really cheap for Finland I think) : "Riisipiirakka"...

We didn't understand haha =P

It's a pity for Jérémie who had bought 6 all at once!

Avant et après le repas, nous n'avons pas pu résister à l'envie de marcher sur la glace.

J'étais encore assez craintive alors que les garçons s'amusaient à glisser et se pousser. Leur activité favorite du séjour haha =D

Before and after the meal, we couldn't resist to the envy to walk on the ice.

I was still not enough timorous while the boys enjoied sliding and pushing eachothers. Their favorite activity of the stay haha =D
