New York 2015 part 4 - Cheerleaders, thrift store and Liberty statue

Encore une nouvelle journée d'aventures à New York!

Yet another day of adventure in New York!
There always comes a time in my travels where I feel a bit down... the first moments of wonder are a little past, and the lack of my family is slowly showing... and I feel bad.

Well obviously, it does not last very long when I am in my favorite country (for those who know me super bad and who pass through here : it's Japan =D), but here it lasted 3-4 days, while we were just arrived in NYC.
Suddenly I find anything "yeah..." and soon I'm jaded, when in fact  New York is still pretty cool, but I realize now that I have not benefited enough of it!

Hence my gradual disinterest in the photos, there are less and less of them and not very good ones... sorry.
I hope that the story of the end of the trip doesn't bother you as much as for me x)))))))
*Sings* Lalala

Well I began our day with a mirror shot in our super bathroom with mirrors everywhere from Brooklyn.

~
When we decide to emerge from our nest and out in street, surprise : it is super sunny!
That will motivate me a bit =D

~
Our outfits shots to Bloody and I, those of Trotro as usual will be on her own blog <3

On pourrait me suivre à la trace grâce à eux!
~
Yeah, sure that my bag is part of my Ootd =DDDD
I had just bought some new badges in Hottopic, of course during the time between my return from the USA and this article, half have already fallen and scattered in nature. We could follow my trail through them!

~
We decide to visit the thrift store where works a lady we met in New Orleans, remember (click here haha) we had met her during a walk in the bayou and she gave us pipes and address of her shop in New York.
En route to find the Beacon's Closet, located in Queens.

~
Along the way we have the chance to stumble upon a procession of students!
Cheerleaders, a small band, and cute baseball players!
A concentrate of American clichés <3

~
Ay, I would like a sequined cheerleader uniform now!

~
The famous school bus seen every 500 meters in america, again ;)

Nous sommes sur la bonne voie...
~
We're on the right way...

~
We finally get our hands on it... and what we thought was a small cozy thrift, is actually a second hand clothes supermarket =D
Okay I'm exaggerating, but it was really very spacious and full of little wonders!

Without further wait, we're looking for THE perfect item. Whoever if it's girly and classy... or kitschy and totally crazy in my case.
And I found some!

~
I ended up throwing my heart on these two pieces, a jacket and a sweater.
If Muggles would make a disgusted face and would hardly retain a "ew..." I'm thrilled!

And also a long dress that I think to wear dolly kei way, well I think. In any case you will end up seeing it photographed here by the next day or the other ;)

Ouais.
~
After our shop at all three, we go in search of a restaurant.
Guess where they landed?
Yeah.

Ouais, Dunkin Donnuts.

~
Yeah, Dunkin Donnuts. In truth I couldn't it that anymoooooooooooore bphfpbfpqffbbbbbbbbllllmmmmmbbb.
This is my state of mind of the moment =D

I'm in remission since.

Qui dit New York dit?
Nan pas Time Square, on l'a déjà fait, tu suis rien! =D
Haaaaaaa voilà : la Statue de la Liberté! En route moussaillons!
~
Who says New York says?
Nope, not Times Square, we have already done it, remember! =D
Haaaaaaa here : the Statue of Liberty! Let's go aboard sailor!

~
And I do not think so right because we took the ferry to approach and see it better.
Yep because in fact on the very very contrary to what I thought the Statue of Liberty is not big. Well, not so much actually.

As Trotro pointed out so well : "Hey, this is a statue ok, what did you expect?"
Haha well precisely, I do not know. A statue of the size of the Eiffel Tower, perhaps? =D

After this first impression, I can tell afterwards that it is still very pretty.
I hope my American friends will not find me too stingy with compliments on this one...

La voilà! Mais si c'est elle =D
Ok j'en rajoute pas hahaha =D
~
Here it is! Yes, it's her! =D
I won't say more haha =D

~
Waiting for the ferry we took 2-3 souvenir photos between friends.

~
Then we joined a commercial area near the Empire State Building to try to find stores that pleased us, and allow Bloody to find the perfect gift to her beloved boyfriend!
We aren't mounted on top of BSE because to pay $38 for something that we have free in many other places in the world that are equally impressive, we didn't want to pay this time there.

~
We spent a magical evening being crazy. Was it fatigue? No idea, but we were motivated, and we kept on... mad laughs all the time x)
Half the area spotted us and we looked like crazy girls, but after all ho isn't? huhu.

~
My last picture before we go at Mc Donald.
Where we heard a guy make a scandal and threaten a trial because there was no more Big Mac. No more Big Mac left in McDonalds, aaaare you kindding meeee?!
The manager is thus left himself look a Big Mac in the nearest McDonalds (at the corner so)... I can't believe it =O
